BrainControl AAC has been selected by Fortune Italia as one of the best 20 Italian companies operating in AI field.
The award ceremony took place on 25 February during the conference “What role for Italy in the challenge of AI?” held in Rome at the Aula dei Gruppi Parlamentari at the Italian Chamber of Deputies.
As stated in the newspaper’s note: “E-commerce, industry, medicine, space exploration: AI is changing every sector of our lives. This selection of startups from different categories, clearly not exhaustive, aims to effectively represent the AI and Italian innovation scenario.”
During the event, organised by Fortune Italia, together with the Artificial Intelligence Parliamentary Intergroup, the main players of the national AI ecosystem discussed aspects of the application in the various fields of expertise of this now indispensable tool.
Regarding the Fortune Italia nomination, Alessandro Tozzo – General Manager of the company – said: “The recognition of a magazine like Fortune is a great honour for us. The purpose of our work is to help – thanks to our software and devices – people with severe disabilities, their families and caregivers to improve their quality of life, having as a starting point the belief that people are more important than technology.”
